Patrick Sperling (Freshman)  -  Born on April 11, 2002…parents are Katie and Jeff Sperling…attended Clovis North H.S. in northeast Fresno…High School Golf Coach was Jed Noonkester, a former junior college player…Swing Coach is the well-known Chris Doos…helped his team win the 2019 Valley Championships, as well as the Area and TRAC Championships that same season…was an Honor Roll Student at CNHS…was named All-TRAC in 2019…college Major is Kinesiology…favorite golf course ever played is Pelican Hill Golf Club on the Newport Coast in Southern California…best round ever played is a 69 at Fort Washington Golf & Country Club in Fresno…has played competitive golf for 5 years…came to Reedley College to grow as a golfer, gain college golf experience, and be prepared to transfer to continue his academic and golfing career…Golf Goals at Reedley College:  Win a college tournament, get my stroke average under 75.0, play consistent golf all season.

Coach Stark’s Comments on Patrick: Patrick is a very talented player who uses his great frame and tall stature to drive the ball long off the tee, but also has nice touch around the greens. Patrick has a very big upside and will continue to get better with more tournament playing experience. Patrick is a very competitive player that demands a lot of himself.  Patrick wants to be the best player possible. Patrick will be counted on to be a solid contributor for the Tigers this Spring.
