Women's Golf Results from CVC Tournament #6

September 28, 2017  -  The Tigers played an up and down round of golf on a sunny, warm afternoon at Buena Vista Golf Course in Taft.  With temperatures in the high 90's and very little wind, the Tigers did not play as well as they would have liked.  The golf course was playing hard on the day, and the elevation changes made shot making very tough.  The greens were also very hard and made getting shots close to the hole very difficult.  Leading the way for the Tigers was Hannah Lovering, who posted a 2nd best individual tournament round of 78.  Monique Torres-Jimenez shot a round of 85.  Kaitlyn Perez posted a round of 110. The Tigers are looking forward to their next tournament of the season at Bing Maloney Golf Club in Sacramento on Tuesday.  The format is a Stableford Scoring System, and each of the players will accumulate points based on their scores for each hole.  It should be a lot of fun.  Tee time is set for 11:30 am in south Sacramento.  Sacramento City College is the host school for this event.
