Jarred Hernandez (Freshman)  -  Born on July 17, 2000…parents are Christine and Victor Hernandez…played high school golf for Coach Clyburn at El Diamante High School in Visalia…4-time letter winner in high school…was a 1^st Team All-West Yosemite League selection his last 2 years…was awarded the M.V.P., Coach’s Award, and was the Captain of his high school team…college major is Business…favorite golf course ever played is the Links at Spanish Bay on the Monterey Peninsula…best round ever posted is a 66 at Valley Oaks Golf Course in Visalia…has played competitive golf for 6 years…chose to attend Reedley College for the opportunity to play community college golf at a very high level and transfer to a 4-year university…Golf Goals at Reedley College:  Play well enough to get a scholarship to a 4-year university, and help my Tiger Golf team to win multiple championships.

Coach Stark’s Comments on Jarred: Jarred is a player with a strong work ethic, and he does it in a quiet manner. Jarred is very particular in how he wants things to be done, and has set a high standard for himself. Jarred has gained distance with his driver since last year, which has helped him to shoot lower scores. Jarred is a player that leads by example. Jarred should to be a solid college player for the Tigers in 2020.
