Reedley College's women's golf team remained undefeated in 2019 with a 74-stroke victory over Taft College Tuesday at the Kings River Golf and Country Club in Kingsburg.

The Lady Tigers shot a round of 339 while Taft finished at 413.

Alyssa Bendure (Clovis North) of the Tigers took medalist honors with a 40-38—78 followed by Monica Yu (San Diego) at 42-42–84. Other Tiger scores included Serena DiMauro (Central, Fresno) with a 45-41–86 and Mya Chao (Visalia) at 46-46–91. McKenzie Quinn (Clovis East) recorded a non-scoring 46-46–92 while Serena Garcia (Dinuba) followed with a 43-52–95 in the Big 8 Conference tournament.

"The course played tough," said Reedley College head coach Scott Stark.

Reedley travels to Taft on Thursday for the eighth Big 8 Conference tournament. Tee-off time is scheduled for noon.
