Tiger Men's Basketball Win Again!

Tiger Men's Basketball Win Again!

The Reedley College men's basketball team has now won two games in a row.

The Tigers came back Saturday to Reedley's Paul Mitchell Court and defeated West Hills. Reedley came back from a 46-37 halftime deficit. Abuyen led the winners with 20 points while Davis netted 16 and 10 rebounds. Ruegge had 16 points while Primes added 11.

"The boys never gave up" stated coach Jennings,  "I was proud of the determination and grit to gring out the victory!"

Coach TJ Jennings' squad improved to 2-6 in conference and 6-14 overall with a 78-70 home win over West Hills Coalinga Saturday afternoon after defeating a 16-5 College of the Sequoias on Jan. 31 in Visalia.

The Tigers are back in action at home this Wednesday (2/7) for a double-header with our women's team vs. West Hills College-Lemoore.  The men play at 5pm and the women are at 7pm.  There is now a four-way tie at 2nd place in the CVC and the Tigers are in 3rd.  If they can finish strong, there may be some playoff opportunities. Keep up the hard work Tigers!
