Born on September 1, 2004…parents are Yvonne and Theo Papanickolas…played high school golf for Brad Pendergast at Redwood H.S. in Visalia…was a 3-time M.V.P. of the East Yosemite League…helped his team to 2 EYL Championships in high school…college Major is Business Administration…a very good student who graduated with a 4.25 GPA out of high school…was on the Honor Roll all throughout his high school academic career, including receiving the Academic Award as a senior…favorite golf course ever played is the famous Olympic Club in San Francisco…best score ever posted is a 63 at Ridge Creek Golf Course in Dinuba…has played competitive golf for 6 years…came to Reedley to improve his game while working on his AA Degree, and to prepare for an opportunity to play at the 4-year college level…Golf Goals at Reedley College:  To better my golf game, mentally and physically, shoot lower scores, and help the Tigers to win many championships, and transfer to a 4-year school.

Coach Stark’s Comments on Philip: Philip is a solid player, and has very nice physical attributes and frame to produce power with his golf swing. Philip can hit the ball a long ways off of the tee! Philip has worked on improving his course management, making better decisions to save strokes and play more efficiently. Philip has competed on a high level in the South Valley, and has had a very successful high school golf career. Philip will be counted on to be a solid contributor to the Tigers overall success in 2024.
