Men's Basketball Wins On The Road Over West Hills Coalinga

With four players scoring in double figures, the Reedley College men's basketball team outlasted West Hills College Coalinga Saturday night by a score of 91-84.

The Tigers played just nine players in Coalinga after at least two left the team after an overtime loss to Merced.

Obadiah Curtis exploded for 26 points to lead the Reedley attack. Juelz Followed with 18 while new starter Mikale Hoggatt added a season and career-high 16. Josiah James netted 12 points.

The win broke a five-game losing streak. On 3-5 in conference play and 9-13 overall, Reedley travels to West Hills Lemoore on Feb, 1 and will host before hosting Columbia at 5 p.m. on Saturday before a Saturday, Feb. 11 game at Merced. Six February games remain for Coach TJ Jennings' squad.

On Jan. 25, Reedley dropped a 93-52 despite 16 points and 11 rebounds by Curtis.
