After two losses last week, the 4-8 Reedley College men's basketball Tigers will try and bounce back Friday night when they host the 5-3 Chabot College Gladiators. Tip-off time is 7 pm.
Coach T.J. Jennings' Tigers dropped a 98-69 decision to the 19th ranked Cerro Coso College Coyotes Saturday night after a 104-79 defeat at the hands of the 27th ranked College of the Redwoods on Dec. 8 in Reedley.
Makhi Turner led Reedley with 21 points while Anthony Martinez followed with 17 in the loss to Redwoods.
After a 13-day break, the Reedley College women returned to action on Tuesday, Dec. 14 at DeAnza College before competing Thursday through Saturday in the West Hills Lemoore Crossover Tournament.
