The 2019 Reedley College football Tigers will return from a bye to host the Gavilan College Rams this Saturday afternoon at Reedley High School's Sal Gonzalez Field.

The 1 pm contest is also Homecoming for the 4-1 Tigers, who are currently ranked 25th in the state by the JC Athletic Bureau and 21st in the state in the California Community College Sports Information Association poll.

The Tigers are ranked third in the NorCal American Division behind Foothill and Monterey Peninsula.

Gavilan brings a five-game losing streak and a season record of 1-5 into the contest. The Rams won their season opener 24-7 over Los Medanos before falling to College of the Redwoods (in two overtimes), DeAnza, undefeated Monterey Peninsula, Hartnell and Foothill (41-17). Gavilan has been outscored 127-20 in their last three games.
