Reedley College finished second in the first Big Eight conference tournament, held on Sept. 13 at the Bing Mahoney Golf Course in Sacramento.

The Tigers shot a team score of 332, good for second place out of the six teams competing on the afternoon. The score was 22 shots behind first place Modesto Junior College.

Reedley was led by Maddie Reed (Clovis North), who finished third overall with a round of 78. Keahna Castillo (Merced) and Meagan Hansen (Reedley) each followed with an 81. Gabrielle Jasso (Merced)  was next with a 92 while Melanie Davila (Reedley) followed with a non-scoring 115.
