On a warm and beautiful afternoon in Bakersfield, the Tigers came out and played a very solid round of team golf at North Kern Golf Course for C.V.C. Tournament #7, a neutral site selected by Taft College.  Reedley posted a season-best team score of 315, 10 shots ahead of 2^nd place Fresno City College.  Leading the way was the duo of Serena DiMauro and Maddie Caesar, who both shot impressive 1 under par rounds of 71. Maddie and Serena both finished in 2^nd place among the individual players for the afternoon.  Eliza Hernandez shot a very solid 85, her best score of the season!  Carley Lindlahr rounded out the scoring for the Tiger by posting a fine round of 88.  The 1^st place finish enabled the Tigers to come away with 4 points in the Central Valley Conference standings and solidified their 1^st place spot ahead of Fresno City College.  The Tigers now have accumulated 28 points, and have an overall record of 14-0 in the C.V.C.  The Tigers are looking to improve on their position in the C.V.C. with 5 regular season tournaments left.  The next tournament for the Tigers is a home contest scheduled for Kings River Golf & Country Club on Thursday.  Tee time is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. in the beautiful town of Kingsburg.
