Tigers finish with 2 of Top 3 Individuals at CVC Tournament #11

October 24, 2017  -  On a warm, sunny but very comfortable afternoon in the Central Valley, the Tigers came out and played a solid round of golf at Dragonfly Golf Club for C.V.C. Tournament #11, the next to last tournament for the regular season.  Leading the way was Sophomore Hannah Lovering, who shot a fabulous round of 68!!  Hannah hit 16 out of 18 greens on her round, and easily had her best ball striking round of the season. Monique Torres-Jimenez posted a round of 76, hitting 13 fairways and 10 greens.  Kaitlyn Perez rounded out the scoring with a 99 for the Tigers on the day, her best round of the season, and the 1st time she has ever broken 100 in a tournament!  The Tigers had 2 of the top 3 scores overall for the tournament.  The next tournament ahead for the Tigers will be the final tournament of the regular season, and will be played at Copper River Country Club in northeast Fresno. The Tigers will be the host school for this final neutral C.V.C. tournament, scheduled to tee off at 12:30 pm.
