Reedley Baseball Results From Spring Break

After a pair of losses to Western State - South Conference leader Bakersfield College, Reedley College goes into its final week of the 2019 baseball season with a Central Valley Conference record of 9-9 and an overall mark of 12-23.

The fifth place Tigers will face seventh place West Hills Coalinga on Thursday, April 25 at 2 pm in Reedley's final home game of the season. Reedley travels to Coalinga to face the Falcons (3-15, 4-33 on April 23 and 26.

Last week's action began with an 8-2 home loss to the Renegades on April 16. Reedley took a 1-0 lead on a first inning leadoff home run by Deagan Risnes, who also drove in JT Aranda with the Tigers' only other run in the ninth.

On the mound, Tanner Lee was charged with the loss in relief of starter Harrison Moy, who allowed one run and three hits over the first four innings.

On April 17 in Bakersfield, the Tigers committed five errors in a 4-0 loss to the Renegades. Reedley loaded the bases in the first inning with nobody out before BC starter Nathan Ortiz struck out the next three Tigers. Reedley finished with 10 hits in the loss, three off the bat of Tresten Bumutay and two each by Josh Mares and Mitchell Silvas.
